February has been a great month! We stayed close to home and enjoyed celebrating Kaianna's very first Valentine's Day! Kaianna is growing more and more every day! She just started scooting backwards on her tummy! Kaianna continues to enjoy her Kindermusic classes at Yellowbird Music every Friday. She has also been spending quality time with her friend Lucas and her girlfriends Mona and Jordan. Kaianna loves it when Mommy & Daddy sing to her! She also loves music!

It came as quite a shock this month when Mommy walked out into the backyard and Daddy had Kaianna in her carseat with it jimmy-rigged as a swing! Kaianna loved it so much that her Daddy went out and bought her a real swing! Kaianna loves it and she has been spending a lot of time in it with Daddy in the backyard.

Happy New Year 2008!!! The New Year started out with a get together at Kelly Brooks & James Harris' house in Santa Barbara for homemade enchiladas! We celebrated New Year's Eve with Kelly & James, James' kids Spencer & Hailey, and Kelly's sister Erin! We had a wonderful time ringing in the New Year!
On New Year's Day we celebrated Eric Voss' 11th Birthday! Kaianna helped Eric blow out his candles!
Kaianna has been very busy trying out all different types of fruits and vegetables! She has tried green beans, peas, squash, sweet potatoes, carrots, spinach, apples, blueberries, and bananas! Her favorite so far is spinach mixed with carrots!!!
Kaianna is rolling all over the place and starting to try and get up on her knees!
Our friends Sara & Roger Williams invited us to the Chargers Playoff Game in San Diego! The Chargers played the Tennessee Titans and won! It was Dana's 1st Pro-Football Game! Grandma & Grandpa Bendel and Great-Grandma Novinger got to babysit Kaianna for the very 1st time! It was a great weekend for all of us!
Kaianna had visits from her Grandpa Green, Great-Grandma Green, & Grandpa Raul! She loves all of her many Grandparents!
We took Kaianna on her 1st train ride at the Santa Barbara Zoo! She looked a little confused, but we are pretty sure she enjoyed the ride!
Kaianna has been busy going to Yellowbird Music Classes with her friend Lucas once a week! They get to use all different instruments, including, the guitar, ukelele, maracas, bells, drums, and more! They absolutely love the music, instruments, and singing!
We continue to keep busy and we love every day with our sweet baby girl!
