Kaianna has had a very busy month! Kaianna is the joy of our lives and we love her so very much! She is smiling and even giggling now and she is even in the beginning stages of teething!

We spent a weekend in Dana Point at a Beach House on Capistrano Beach with our friends The Hammonds and Wadells. We had an amazingly relaxing time and Kaianna got to wear her first bikini!!!

We took Kaianna to the Santa Barbara Zoo for the first time! Kaianna's favorite animals at the Zoo were the giraffes. It was a beautiful day and we loved spending time together as a family.

Machel comes to our house once a week to help with Kaianna's development. Machel is such a blessing to our family.

Kaianna got a special new outfit from our cousins the Lillienthals, and a cuddly new bunny from Grandma Bendel! Grandma got the bunny in Switzerland!

A special visit with Uncle Santos, Aunt Norma, and Cousin Vincent!!!

Kaianna loves when her Grandpa Raul stops by to visit after his dive trips at the Channel Islands.

We had a wonderful visit with our great friends Kelly Brooks & James Harris (who are getting married in June 2008) and Kelly's Mom, Kathy & Step-Father, Jim! Kaianna loves Kelly & James' dogs Comet & Noel and they love her right back! They are always protecting her, but we are not sure what from!

Kaianna spent a wonderful day with Ale & Liana Tacconelli! These girls might as well be professional babysitters at the ages of 10 and 7! We had so much fun and the girls were so incredibly helpful and sweet to Kaianna!

Uncle Erik is so sweet to Kaianna and Kaianna loves him so much! They like to hang out together while Mommy & Daddy visit with Amy & Nick!

Kaianna and Mommy went to San Diego to visit Kaianna's Great-Grandma Novinger and Great Uncle Walt and Aunt Terres! We had a very special visit and truly enjoyed the time that we spent togehter. Uncle Walt & Aunt Terres were visiting all the way from North Carolina!

We also got to visit with Kristie & Wyland in Encinitas! They just moved back to San Diego from the Big Island of Hawaii and we are so excited to have them back home!

We took a trip to Templeton to celebrate Grandpa Raul's 59th Birthday! we celebrated with some homemade tamales made by Kaianna's Grandma Gloria! She is an amazing cook and we had a wonderful day at the park!
