What an eventful month!!! In April we first headed to Denver, Colorado, to meet up with Uncle Carson, Auntie Heather, Uncle Ramsey, Anisa, Uncle Norman, and Grandpa Green for a weekend in the snow! We had an amazing dinner at the Buckhorn Exchange in Denver and then we headed to Lake Dillon and snowboarded at Copper & Keystone Mountains! Kaianna got to fully experience her 1st snow and she even got to go sledding! We had an amazing time!

We then headed down to San Diego to celebrate Grandma Novinger's life with friends and family. We had a wonderful celebration. We also celebrated Easter and Kaianna got to decorate Easter Eggs for the 1st time and she even went on her very 1st Easter Egg Hunt! In fact, Kaianna went on 3 Easter Egg Hunts in one day and got to meet the Easter Bunny!!! We had a very special Easter Day with family & friends!

For Ruben's birthday we went to Disneyland!!! We started out at Disney's California Adventure Park and then we went to Disneyland! We had lunch at Ariel's Grotto where Kaianna got to meet 5 Disney Princesses! Kaianna met Ariel, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Cinderella, and Belle! Kaianna was mesmerized! We also had dinner at the Rainforest Cafe for Ruben's birthday with our dear friends Sierra & Jeremy. Kaianna also got to meet Kenai & Koda, Pluto, Mickey & Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Winnie the Pooh, Tiger, and Eeyore! Kaianna absolutely loved all of the Disney characters and she especially loved It's A Small World!

Kaianna is now 2 months away from turning 2!

We visited Grandma Novinger in San Diego in the beginning of the month. We had a wonderful last visit together. Sadly, Grandma Novinger passed away on March 25th, with all of her family surrounding her with love. We take so much comfort in knowing that she is now with our Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ. We miss her dearly. We are so thankful that Kaianna was able to meet and spend time with Grandma Novinger. She was a complete blessing to our family and to all who knew her...

Kaianna is growing taller and stonger every day. She is enjoying her music classes, visits to the park, the zoo, the carousel, baby gym classes, friends and family.
